About Charty...

If you’ve ever been out and heard someone absolutely killing AC/DC’s “You Shook Me All Night Long”…well, there’s a decent chance you met Charty. Known for her unforgettable personality, humor, and brutally honest one-liners, Charlotte has a gift for lighting up any room and making people feel instantly comfortable.
Charlotte has loved storytelling for as long as she can remember, starting with holiday stories for family and friends as a kid (shoutout to them for pretending to be interested every single year). That love of writing followed her through college, where she wrote for Her Campus and became known for her relatable stories, humor, and ability to turn everyday chaos into content worth reading.
Charlotte currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts, where she works as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker doing what she loves — helping others navigate life with empathy, honesty, and humor. Originally from Upstate New York, she grew up skiing, horseback riding, spending time outdoors, and staying close with family and friends, all of which still make her happiest today.
Equal parts storyteller and comedian, Charlotte brings warmth, energy, and authenticity into everything she does — whether it’s through writing, social media, conversations with friends, or helping people feel a little less alone. Fans and friends love following along with her adventures, from ski weekends and workouts to dating app disasters, funny observations, Instagram antics, emotional vulnerability, and fire outfits.
Thanks to a push from her dad, Charlotte finally started sharing her stories with the world through Chateau Charty. Her goal has always been simple: to spark connection, laughter, honesty, and the reminder that none of us are as alone as we think we are.
Over the past few years, Chateau Charty has grown into a community that celebrates authenticity, humor, vulnerability, and navigating life’s chaos together — exactly what she hoped it would become.
