Rockstar Lifestyle Routine...

Hello friends and lovers! I hope everyone had a lovely holiday season and a good start to 2025. I feel like everyone is sick and down for the count, so I figured I’d share a little Charty sparkle. As we all know, I live the rockstar lifestyle, especially in the winter with skiing, parties, and being me. It’s not easy!


I know most people start the year wanting a new routine and a new start, so I figured I’d share the few pieces in my wellness routine that I do religiously. And no... it's not just skiing and misbehaving.


To start…how do I stay healthy and ready to rumble all season? There are a few ways you can keep yourself in tip top healthy shape throughout the winter. Last year I lost my voice all winter, so I have been on the hunt to perfect my health routine…and I finally have.


First—wellness shots every morning. They taste like an old shoe and cayenne pepper; however, I swear by them. They're a great immunity boost to be proactive. You can get Vive wellness shots, make your own, or go to an overpriced store for a wellness juice. Next, you gotta be taking your Vitamin C. Preferably absorbable Vitamin C pills as they’ll support a healthy immune system faster, protect your cells, and keep your bones healthy.


The third step to my little routine is LMNT drink hydration packets or any kind of electrolyte balanced drink. I know we all drink incessantly out of our Stanley or metal water bottles, but it’s probably not enough. Especially if you’re on the go, having alcohol, or run down, you need the extra electrolytes and vitamin within these packets. Whether you have them after drinking or as a booster throughout your week—Charty swears by them!


On mornings I'm a little...er...under the weather let's say after drinking all night before, I have the fix for you. I have incorporated "hangover supplements" into my diet! There are two I love of which I will link, they just help me feel myself again after I've danced on every table in sight. There's H-PROOF chewable tablets or AdvaClear. Enjoy!


Now onto a little mental health routine building. A gratitude practice, a journal practice, or affirmations. Each morning, I write in my journal about what’s going on in my life as well as a list of gratitude. This helps me center myself each morning and get me out of my head to reflect on how blessed I am. This helps me also to change my mind set before each day and shift the narrative from “why did I have to wake up at 5am…” to “another day baby, let’s go it!” It helps me to show up for others and support people in their own journeys.


You guys know I wake up at the crack ass of dawn to work out almost every day. I try to give myself 1-2 rest days weekly, while making sure I’m moving my body somehow each day. And by moving my body I don’t just mean reaching for a Christmas cookie and dancing in the kitchen to my latest country tunes. I do a mix of cardio and weight weekly, and while it’s hard some days to show up, I always feel so much better. Getting movement before work is so necessary for me to shift my mindset before work.


These little additions to my day help to support my body, mind, and performance. Everyone knows Charty must be on her A game to ski, après, work, exercise, and show up as her best self. Until next time...stay out of trouble and do not talk to the old men!
